I grew up in Pittsburgh as the youngest of four children in a home filled with music and art. At Stanford, I developed an interest in computer science and philosophy, which paved the way for a rewarding career in tech. But my passion for film always lingered in the background. My acting journey began in 2018 when I had the chance to work as a featured extra on Documentary Now alongside Owen Wilson, Michael Keaton, and John Mulaney, and also appeared in episodes of Shrill and Trinkets. I was smitten by the experience and knew I had to find a way back on set, even while balancing my full-time role as a Program Manager at an enterprise software company.

That same year, my world was upended when my husband passed away suddenly. Nothing in my life made sense any longer, including my career. In 2019, I made the life-changing decision to leave the corporate world behind and pursue acting full-time.

I began training with Scott Rogers in January of 2020, and since then, I’ve been fortunate to work on indie films, commercials, industrials, and theater productions across Oregon, Washington, and California. I also studied with Ted Rooney, Brian Sutherland, and The Groundlings in LA, and I continue to grow and hone my craft under the brilliant guidance of Kristina Haddad at The Actor’s Lab. In 2024, I co-produced and starred in the feature film The Great Divide, which premiered to a sold-out audience in October. Through this experience, I discovered that producing a film draws on many of the skills and interests I had developed as a program manager.

Acting has transformed my life in profound ways, deepening my understanding of the human experience and making me a more empathetic person. I’ve discovered the power of drama to process past trauma, while awakening parts of myself I never knew existed. Along the way, I’ve found a vibrant, supportive community, and for the first time, I feel truly aligned in my work.

As a classically trained violinist, I perform regularly with the Beaverton Symphony Orchestra, and I am also a beginning bluegrass/folk music fiddler. Outside of acting and music, I love spending time with my family, hiking with my dogs, and riding horses.
